This website has been established to announce the sale of our Motorcycle Museum Collection. This is a preliminary listing of the museum inventory. Please read this entire page. This is a one of a kind collection of antique motorcycles, memorabilia, and thousands of parts that we have decided to offer for sale to settle a life estate. Motion Unlimited Museum is located in Rapid City, South Dakota. We have been creating, collecting, building and restoring motorcycles for over 40 years. This collection of motorcycles, plus all the motorcycle memorabilia and a large group of antique cycle parts will be for sale by bid. Nearly all of the motorcycles in the museum are restored, original, or one off customs. This entire collection is being sold in one lot of over 100 motorcycles plus all the parts and memorabilia. We will not sell piece by piece. We have a CD available with pictures of a good portion of the Motorcycle Collection. Terms for the sale of this Life Estate: The sale is by bid, you may bid any amount you wish. We reserve the right to reject any and all bids. We can help you arrange shipping for this collection anywhere in the world. The packing and crating of this collection is available from a local reputable shipping firm. Price for the packing, crating and shipping would be in addition to the inventory. This collection includes 23 Harley Davidsons, 3 Three-wheelers, 1 Knucklehead, 2 Shovelheads, 2 Sportsters, 4 Flatheads, 11 Sprints to Bobcats, 4 Indians, many British, European, an antique 60's factory Japanese race bike, and many antique Japanese bikes. The memorabilia consists of signs, gas pumps, petroluem pieces, tools, clothing, pictures, posters, license plates, and so much more. There are several semi loads of antique Harley, Indian, British and Japanese parts, and we even have 2 very old antique Harley side cars. The parts we have include: motors, wheels frame, tires, exhaust systems, front ends, gas tanks, engine parts, sheet metal, seats, etc., from several different brands of motorcycles. This is a lifetime collection that would make you an instant motorcycle museum that people would enjoy for years. For those of you who have come to visit us for the past 36 years, we thank you.
